Background and biography: Blurr is a very unusual man, surrounded by a lot of mystery and superstition. He appeared in the in the underground racing circuit a few years ago, where it’s rumored he’s never been defeated. He usually comes into an event, wins a few races and then leaves. Only a few people know how to get in contact with this man, and not even they know who he really is. Although rarely invited, it’s not unusual to see him at a racing event, just watching the new talent, or racing a few unlucky individuals and then leaving with his winnings.
Dress Style: He’s only ever seen in a racing outfit, usually the newest and best money can buy. Outside of that.. who knows?
